Idle Users - Auto Logout

Dear all

My database users logins are more than the licenses I have. So generally if the sessions reaches to maximum it won’t permit new users to login. I see some of the user’s are idle for a long time . My question is Can I set a cut off time to close the session automatically to those logins idle for 15min.
