Yes you can. What is your current problem?0

Example:
On the Order Confirmation should the following be proofed:
Article XYZ quantity of 10 m ² price 10 € total price 100€
On the order there are following items:
Article ABC quantity of 10 m ² price 5€
article CDE quantity of 10 m ² price 5€
Article XYZ is not put on in Navision, should be simple to enter as text.0 -
Try using Non Stock Items.
Or if you just need a print, write the item description and quantity and everything in the description field. You cannot write an item in item code field plus its cost and quantity in the system fields if this item is not in Item masters or nonstock masters.Regards,
Deep

If you don't want to sell items. You could sell a G/L account.0
