Navision-In regional Language

Hi Experts,
My client is already live and opening one more company. For that particular company he need reports in the regional Language as no body knows English at that particular location. For Navision that language pack is not available.
He needs around 25 reports in that regional language.
Yes, Microsoft office is supporting the language.
Please suggest.
