RIM - Date template list problem

This is an example because I would like to show where the problem is.
I imported WholeSale.xml file. Using Master Data Migration exported to excel Customer table. I filled out in excel this file (Customer data like Name, Address..) and again imported to Navision using Migration Overview.
I would like to apply new Customer using Migration Matrix – Apply Button. When I click those button Navision create new Customer Card, but according to Navision RIM Users Guide – Data Template List should be open first. But unfortunately this form doesn’t come up.
