Navision 5.0 record links

If i select a record in Nav5.0 and press CTRL+L then i can add file links to a record, later i can run those links on Links form with open button.
Can this functionality be imported to Nav 4.0 somehow?
If i press CTRl+F2 then the Links form's code is not shown, but which forms/objects are there behind so i could maybe copypaste the objects into Nav 4.0.
