Can we do any setup to send the automated mail though Navision?
eg: To inform the purchase department that the item is short.
Note: I now the system will automatically generate the purchase order for the items. But that's not what I am expecting to do. The system need to send the mail.

If not, there is a lot you can do in coding. Using the smtp-ocx you can find in this website (downloads), or whatever. Just to a search on mail.
