Sub contracting process on Navsion 4.0 Sp3

I want to implement the Sub Contracting on a company which doing the job works for another companies. The companies provide the material to do the job works. The sub contracting company has to receive these materials with zero value and need to send back the produced finished goods.

How can I make it possible on Nav 4.0 Sp3?

There is not any subcontracting module in NAV.

Many NSCs have developed their own subcontracting modules as per the requirements which include RGPs, NRGPs, Challans and 57-F-4 etc.

This entire process needs proper development.

An easier way is to simply use item journal adjustments with a different source code (and if possible, through some header and line structure form). This can help you in getting proper reports and tracking also if you need.

Or you could use the manufacturing elements, the works order, the sub-contractor work centre and the subcontract processing from the works order. Or actually are you the company doing the work? So you book the goods in against, work on a "sales" order with a produciton order back-to-back to consume the goods and service, and then ship it back out, which is not really subcontracting, but providing a service and tracking the free issue material.
