Unable to create a new Db in NAV 5.0

Anyone help please: Unable to create a new Db in NAV 5.0, I get the following error msge:

"There are errors in text conversion (text no 1958-12 in .stx file)"
Internal error : 47-1

    This would generally because of a version or language mix up, you might have 5.00 and 4.00 files mixed together or or maybe you have changed languages and the STX file got mixed up.

    Do you have multiple versions of NAV installed on the machine.

    FYI 1958 relates to Object captions but I dont see a 12 in there, 1958-4 then 1958-20.

    Odd message, and maybe you need to reinstall NAV.

    Not much help I know, sorry.
