Outlook Synchronization Handler

Hi, I am using navision version 4.0 sp1 and the sql server option.

The problem at present lies with the Mail (Codeunit 397) and especially the NS Outlook Synchronization Handler.

I have a report which calls the mail codeunit and when i run it i get the
following error message...

This message is for C/AL Programmers:

Could you not create an instance of the OLE Control or Automation server identified by GUID={Range of numbers} 1.7 {Range of numbers}:'NS Outlook Synchronization Handler'.OApplication. Check that the OLE control or Automation server is correctly installed and registered.

I registered the olhandler.dll file for versions 4.0 with seervice pack 1, version 4.0 with service pack 3 and for version 5 using regsvr32 in the command line. I also registered all these using the browse option in the custom controls from the tools menu. For some reason i still cannot get it to work and i get the same error. ](*,)
Any help at all will be appreciated. Thanks

Did you unregister all previous olhandler.dll 's prior to registering the latest one?

You could also try closing Navision & Outlook before registering the dll.

May be stupid question, but: have you installed and configured MS Outlook?
