Problem in backing up database

Hi there,
I am very new with this Navision.. I am currently using Navision 3.7.. I am facing a problem when trying to backup my database. The following error message pops up whenever I tried to backup the database:
Microsoft Business Solutions-Navision
The format of the compressed file Object.BLOB Reference is invalid.
OK
I tried to backup other database and it works perfectly..
What is the problem with my database? I just don't know how to figure it out...

I have tried to import and replace this particular table from SQL Server.. but still, it does seems to work... maybe is nothing wrong with the Report List table? any idea??? HELPPP...
