know value of PrimaryKey & TableNo how to make it be record?

PrimaryKey = 1000;
tableno = 18
PrimaryKey fieldname = No.
PrimaryKey field No. = 1


how to convert to record? impossible?

    And how do you know the PrimaryKey and the rest of the info? Where (which object) do you see that?
