Dear All,
I want to upgrade my 3.7 native database to SQL Server will i be able to migrate all my data.. through restore and work properly with my existing data.. in SQL

Sure, as long as you data is valid (valid dates in the tables) or you go through the standard process to check the dates and fix the invalid ones.
