BA problem column parent already exists

Hi NAV Pro's!

I have a problemwith our BA-cubes. We use this feature and I already made many cubes by myself, but now I have a problem with one of the easiest of them.
I just want to create a cube on the general ledger:

* Fact table: 17 G/L Entry
* Related Table: 15 G/L Account (joined via column 3 of G/L Entry)
* Measure: Column 17 Amount
* Dimension: (1) Posting Date of G/L Entry
(2) G/L Account No
(3) G/L Account Name

where the third dimension gives me the error message.

I already checked everything and have no duplicate dimension in the BA database.

Anybody got an idea what the problem can be or where I can find out mor about this error message.

Please help me I ain't got no idea.
