Our Client wants...

In a card form,LookUp button will be seen when there are some record for this otherwise not and field should be editable.
Please help me.

Is there any customization in onlookup triger at table label or form label ?

You won't be able to hide the lookup button. Maybe a good workaround is something like the "No. of Archived Versions" field on the sales order. That shows the number of related records, and is a drilldown. The field should be on a standard Cronus database, on form number 42 on the General tab, and the field itself is of course in the Sales Header table.
