Transfer of goods btw 2 warehouses that are using WMS

Hi all!
I m using Nav5 and I want to transfer goods from warehouses that are all WMS but when I try to use Transfer orders or Item Reclass Journals, I am still having this message : You cannot use a bin code because location XYZ is set up with Directed Put away and pick.
Is it a bug or what am i doing wrong here.

What I try to achieve is to setup 2 locations : one which is Bounded warehouse where I receive all my goods then after receiving , i transfer goods into my distribution warehouse.

Are you inserting bin directly in transfer orders ? You can’t do that.
You must Use Shipment and Pick Documents.
