Why does the author of this http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ms952182.aspx article uses 2 MQ's? Is it performance reasons? Or just to keep thing simple? I'd prefer a documented answer please...

Define Documented Answer?

You can try and contact the author.

You need two queues, one for inbound message coming from outside and one for outbound.

Otherwise you'll be sending yourself messages and you'll be running into infinite loop.
