is there any possibility to fix the scrap percentage while making the finished goods through Assembly list functionality.

I assume you mean an Item assembly rather than a production BOM.

In short there is no scrap % but if your % is fixed you can compensate on the assembly build qty.

e.g. Item A being the finished aseembled item requires 10 of item b and 20 of item C with a scrap % of 10%

Then just add 11 and 22 to the assembly, your only other alternative is to develop around it.

A futher work around option is to transfer your issue quanties into a wip location and let the BOM assembly decard from there then you will need to do a periodic write off from this location for scrap.
