issues in Nav Devloper ToolKit 2.00 sp3 bulid 291...

Dear All,
I have created new nav 5.0 DB(Devtoolkit DB) Imported Devtool.Fob in it,created one super user...
when i tried to open this new Db through Nav Devloper Toolkit...it is dispalying two error's:
1. ERROR 32
2.displays the message database was not selected...
Error 1046...
is there any solution to slove this issue..?
i need to upgrade nav 3.7 DB to nav 5.0

Reinstall NDTK. It worked for me 8)
