Hi,

When i try to login to navision thru citrix i am getting this error: "There is something wrong with the file C:\Documents and settings\user1\application data\fin.zup. To continue you must delete or rename the file".

Can someone tell me why i am getting this error? And is there any way to avoid this error.

Your reply is much appreciated. Thanks.

The file is probably corrupt. Maybe it is also possible that the Navision-session doesn't have access to read or write to that directory.

Do you always get the error? Or is it just this now for one user?

    Hello everyone,

Has anyone else seen this pop out of nowhere? Today, we had 2 users experience this on we believe 2 different servers in our Citrix farm. It is very odd, because they do have permission to that folder. It isn't every user...

Although the profiles are roaming from a file server, I just think it is odd two users in one day when nothing has been changed on the citrix farm for months.

Possible it is just a fluke, but coincidence odd... maybe the sessions closed abnormally...?
