Hi
can somebody help me out with this query.
I have an Item card with following settings
Replenishment system:: Purchase
Reordering Policy:: Fixed re order Quantity
and the fields for reordering have been filled in(reorder point,reorder qty,Min order qty,max.order qty etc)
My Query:
I have a sales order holding a qty more than the Qty on hand . which falls below the reorder point .when the req .worksheet is run a line is created with a a qty of (QTY ON SALES ORDER -QTY ON HAND) instead of REORDER QTY as the QTY ON SALES ORDER -QTY ON HAND is less than the reorder point.

What is the components at location setting compared to the demand location?
