Resource Cost Posted Twice - BOM Journal and QuickBook Integ

Resource Cost has been defined in the KIT BOM and being posted using BOM Journal. It is also being Imported from Quick Books, as we are Integrating NAV to Quick Books.
What should I do in this scenario, should I block the G/L entries being posted by the BOM Journal, if yes How?
Or should I block the Resource Cost transactions comming in from Quick Books. If Yes.... How?
