Table Data Sharing Across Companies

Hi Experts

We need a clarification - Is there any Facility/Workaround in Navision to make a Table Data shared across Companies? (Eg: Item/Customer/Vendor Table data across companies).
If any, please let us know how to acheive it.

    yes you can share or create common table by altering property of table. that is DataPercompany set to No. thats it.

    but mind well if data is available in table then you have to delete that records first then you can change it.

    Before you will use the DataPerCompany = no, please, search and read the posts on this forum about this property. You will see that it is not so easy...

    Just to make sure we put it in this thread: DO NOT set any of the standard NAV master tables to be shared across companies. This has MANY implications, and should not be done lightly. If you don't know about the property, chances are you don't know how to use it, so please do not go down that path.
