Diffrent client display on different machines

Hi all,
i have a little problem, i installed Dynamics Nav client on diffrent machines for some of which i just copied the client's folder.
The client works fine, but on some machines, the display is really different from mine (simpler display, simpler icons). I have already seen this but i expected it to be the normal display of an older version of navision.
Any ideas ? is there a simple way to correct this issue ?

have install same version in all machine.
are they working on same operating system ? is there any difference in Desktop properties -> appearance

The "bitmaps" depends on the visual settings of windows. If you have XPs or Vista with default settings, you will have "nicer" bitmaps. If you have classic settings (gray rectangular window borders), you will have old "ugly" bitmaps.
