How I can export report into excel format directly from navision?

1. Quick and Dirty Method
In Preview Mode click on File--> Save as HTML
Open the HTML File in Excel. Be aware that this needs a lot of Formatting in Excel before you have a nice Worksheet.

2. Programming
Create an Excel Export function in the Report. That needs some skills in programming.
