Tax not Applicable to customer & Tax on exchange gain

Hi,
I am from Sri Lanka and we have a requirement that a tax be calculated on an invoice value but does not get added to the final invoice total.
Also we have to pay Tax on exchange gain. This is only for revenue from invocies.
Is there a way to implement this in Navision? We do not have Navision, this was somthing that came up in a discussion and I was just wondering if NAV could implement this.
