NAS installation problem(hanging while installing)

Dear all,
When I am trying to install Navision Application Server in the system which is having (Windows XP proffesional with SP2). The installation got hanged after registering library and approx afetr 80% of installation. Actually it is the retail project (i.e.- LS retail) so I need to install NAS at the No. of stores but in some system with the same OS version when I installed NAS it got installed successfully but most of the stores where the operating system version is same I am having the above mentioned problem
Any ideas?
