Send e-mail from Outlook changing the sender address (From)

i need to know hao to send an e-mail changing the sender. In Outlook i already have an other account, and i can send an e-mail from me or from the secondary account, but i don't know hao to do this in Nav.

I wanted to bump this as I have the same question. When sending emails through Outlook, [not SMTP - using the Segments in Relationship Management], is there a way to easily change the "Send From" within Navigator? Thanks.
