Adjust Cost - Help Needed

I seem to be in some trouble: a customer of my company was supposed to run the "Adjust Cost - Item Entries" report on 31/12/2003, but didn't, now i'm have to filter the prossess so it only applies to entries before said date.

I checked the report and all it does is call a code unit:
5895 - Inventory Adjustment, which is terribly complex, I tried to apply filters to the tables it called but all it did was produce errors.

Has anyone here ever faced a similar situation regarding this codeunit ?
Is there a way to make sure it applies only to entries before 31/12/2003?

    Can you not just change the work date??

    Changing the workdate does not change the adjustment, the report just uses it as the posting date.

    What I need is to make the report to skip the adjustments for 2004.
