URL in Axapta?

Hello,

I wish to set up a solution of telephony coupled to Axapta. The goal is the following : When I receive a call form a customer, I want that his card Axapta opens automatically. I have already installed a TAPI server and the software that manages phone calls (Pimphony) but must still develop the executable which will be executed by this application as an incoming call will ring on my PC. Has somenone already developed executable which opens a customer card in Axapta or could someone help me ? In dynamics NAV, I know you can open with links based on URL, but I don't know if this exist in AX
