What is the status of the production order and how and why are you trying to reset the status? Have you looked at the status tab of the parameters? The art of teaching is clarity and the art of learning is to listen0

Hi
To go backwards you need to select "Update" and "Reset Status". The status you can go back too is defined in the parameters, and it depends upon the current status of the order. The art of teaching is clarity and the art of learning is to listen0
