I TRIED A LOT FOR RESETTING A PRODUCTION ORDER....BUT ALL IN VAIN ......IT GIVES ME TWO KINDA ERROR..
JOURNAL HAS NOT BEEN CREATED.
PARAMETER HAS NOT BEEN SET UP.
PLEASE TELL ME WHAT ARE THE BASIC SET UP REQUIRED FOR RESETTING A PRODUCTION ORDER.

What is the status of the production order and how and why are you trying to reset the status? Have you looked at the status tab of the parameters?

Hi
To go backwards you need to select "Update" and "Reset Status". The status you can go back too is defined in the parameters, and it depends upon the current status of the order.
