Item tracking negative entry

Dear all,

I have item "A". This item use item tracking, where the item tracking card select on "lot warehouse tracking" field.
For item A, there are lot "A1" with quantity = 200 pcs, and lot "B1" = 500pcs.
I also have location "X" with bin mandatory selected. This location non WMS.

I create SO "101" use item "A" qty 250, in the item tracking line, choose lot "A1" and change "qty (base)" from 200 --> 250. Released. Not posting.

I create SO again "102" use item "A" qty 300.
1. If i look on the item tracking summary for lot "A1", total qty = 200pcs, total requested qty = 250, total available qty = -50
2. On the item tracking lines, i choose lot "A1" and "B1". With combination like this : lot "A1" = -50, lot "B1" = 350. On this item tracking i not change the qty (base), its automatic by system when i choose lot.
Posting this SO, its run smoothly.

The result after posting, inventory on warehouse entries and item ledger entries is different.

My question:
1. why SO can be posting, since one of the item tracking line have negative qty (because have requested for SO"101")?
2. what i must do, if i want same inventory within warehouse entries and item ledger entries?

Could you reproduce this on Cronus demo database? (to rule out possibly wrong customization in your DB)

Please help me on this case. You can try to duplicate this case on standard DB Cronus, with Navision Version 4 SP 3.
Is it BUG?
