Invoice to Word and Stylesheets???

Hi all,

Current system = SQL, 4.0 SP3 with Version 5 Gui.

I am trying to determine if it is possible to export a Sales Invoice to Word.

1) I have found lots of information on setting up an automation process (but I am not a programmer..so that is out unless I get our dealer to do this).

2) I then discovered a link to a page where it mentions stylesheets and
ability to export to word/excel (and how I can set this up in a version 4
system). However when it talks about stylesheets it does not mention Invoice formats. Therefore I am wondering if I get our dealer to do this process am I wasting my time because I will not be able to export the AR Invoice to word even using this???

    is very easy. 15 minutes tops.

    Creating stylesheets will take longer but a user could do it. You can copy the sales Order stylesheet and change it or sales Invoice.

    HI JT,

    Since you are using NAV 4.x you may not be able use style sheet as you did a technical upgrade only unless your license has the 5.xxxx line to run this you may find problems.

    I did a simple test on a 4.03 db with 5.1 GUI and it only gave me a you have no default style sheet setup message so it m,ay actual work.

    The form sent to you requires a design access to your license and as an end user it may be easier to have your partner provide this for you.

    how is bris vegas now days anyway ?
