How to change header of financial statement

Hi all,

I need to add "fiscal period" and "fiscal year to header" of the financial statement. I need to place it below the company name.
I know report name (), but I can't figure out that to do with it. I don't know how to calculate fiscal year and period based on options of the report, and how to put it in the header.
Could somebody give me an advise?
