How many hotfixes installed at our server how can i know?

On the server it depends on weather you run on the Classic server or SQL.

The client you can go to help -> about and double click on the version tag. This will give you the client build number.

If you mean object hotfixes, it is harder, because some HF are cumulative. Easy is to find out the latest hotfix you have installed. Just search for the highest version no in version list in Object Designer. This will tell you latest HF no. you have in your objects (if merged properly).
