Hi,
Is it possible to prevent the new created item in the menu to be in the bottom?
I tried to move up and nothing changed.

I have not found a problem with this on IE version. The move up works fine (I find Crtl+Shft+Up is easier). This will only move up on the level of the menu group you are in os if you need to add to a sub-group it must be added at that level not very user friendly
