XML import issue element/ no element

Heyas, I've come across another XMLport issue
I have 2 almost identical xml files from another program but other xml file has an additional Element field

I have a code that loops those files from a folder but when it tryes to import that xml file which miss one Element the code gives error.

Any advice what should I do to check if there is element or not :-k

Ah solved, That Min Occurs needs to be Zero =^^=
God why there is no documentation of this in C/side introduction or Adg??
Or do I have obsolete one..
