What would you like to validate? If the format is correct or if it is a real address?

I think you will have to make this yourself.
NAV accepts everything. If you use normal names your addressbook will try to convert it to valid addresses

You can for example check if STRPOS('@') is unequal to 0.
You can also check if the last 3 or 4 positions contains a '.'
This should eliminate 95% of the typos
