can anybodu tell me that whats the Difference b/w Table Design,Basic and table design,Advanced while giving permission by selecting object type(system).

I guess Basic is for adding fields only. And Advanced is for adding C/AL code too. But you would have to test it, to be sure.

Actually the answer given by tinoruijs is correct.
Permission System 9010 Desing,Table,Basic is required to be able to edit the table, but gives you an access only to the table structure. Having this permission you may add/remove fields, or change table or fields properties.
Permission System 9015 Desing,Table,Advanced gives you extra access to C/AL code defined in table/field triggers and functions. This permission is not working alone, you still need to have 9010 to design the table.
