Navision Implementation Methodology

I am currently new in Navision and now am in phase in which try to pickup documentation about implementation process.

My question is can somebody post some documentations about Navision Implementaton Methodology (Sure Step, RIM etc.), where will be clearly showed all phases and steps of implementation, where will be described the roles and duties of the people who work on implementation, and where will be templates of documents which follow implementation process and also document flow in implementation.
Also do exist some application in which this process is presented.

This is all available through partnersource I believe, but it may depend upon your service level. Also Microsoft have been running training sessions and launch programs over the last year for SureStep, so there is a lot out there. I would suggest going to Partnersource or Microsoft. If you are not a partner you may need to ask your partner for this information!
