Business Analytics - Start Configuration Error

Hi All,
I'm facing error while BA basic installation,
Server : SQL 2005
Nav version :Nav5.0
1. setting up the cube (simplest possible cube with 2 measures and 1 dimension).
2. generate XML.
3. Run "start Configurator"
stage DB,OLAP DB as well as SSIS package is created successfully BUT
It shows error at "Create SSIS Package (Part 1)" - error description is SsisError1 Exception from HRESULT :0xC020801C';
I tried to run SSIS package manually , and it showed same error with description,
ERROR:"The AcquireConnection method call to the connection manager "Business Analytics" failed with error 0xC0202009'
ERROR:"Component "nCustomer"(22) failed validation and returned error code 0xC020801C'
has anyone faced this problem before? any clues how to go about it?
