is it possible to change the Background of AX4.0 ?

Hello to all,
i have found a small handy tool to customize the background of AX3.0 which works fine.
Now i try to import it into the 4.0 Version but i doesnt work.
Was it possible to get the information of the actual background ?
actually the function was calling the USER32 DLL with the DLLfunction "Get Window" which was given from the calling function.
Did anybody know how to call the DLL for getting the Grey Background in AX4 ?
