Scheduling a code unit to run at a certain time

I have created a code unit that populates a temporary table with data extracted from customer and customer ledger entries. What is the best method of getting this job to run at a scheduled time?

You can use the Job Scheduler under the CRM Service Management, or you can set up a NAS (Application Server).
