Auto-registering OCXes doesn't work under Vista

regsvr32 throws a 0x80004005 error which basically means this thing should be approved by UAC but the SHELL command or WSHost.Shell doesn't invoke UAC.
In VBScript to invoke UAC is to run the application with the Shell.Application.ShellExecute ActiveX Object with passing "runas" as the fourth parameter, but I haven't found it in the Automation Servers or OCX-es list, any ideas?
