Error in Application Server

hi all,
i got a problem in navision application server installation . i want to install nas for outlook integration with nav5.0 servicepack 1 . after installtion of application server when clicked on application server for microsoft nav in console root..it is giving the below mentions error

To resolve this problem, reinstall the missing files. To do this, install the Microsoft Visual C++ 2005 Redistributable Package. To obtain this package, visit the following Microsoft Web site:
