NAS configure for Outlook Integration

I have a question on the configuration for NAS for Outlook Integration. 
I can start the server after i fill in information:
Database Server Name: HKSQLSERVER
Database: NAVHK
Company Name: HK LTD
Start-Up Parameter: OSYNCH
It start successfully!!!!!
But from the setting above, it only apply to Company HK LTD 8-[
So how to apply to all company in the database?
Any Idea? :oops:
