Converting 4sp3 to 5.0 Error

hi guys,did anybody experienced this error while converting 4sp3 to 5.0 with MSSQL2005 Database...

The Following SQL Server Error(s) Occured;

15151, "42000",[Micrososft][ODBC SQL Server Driver][SQL Server]Cannot Find The User '$ndo$shadow', because it does not exist or you do not have permission.

SQL:
GRANT ALL ON "NAVISION"."dbo"."Send-To Program" TO [$ndo$shadow]

It seems that you are using Extended security model. Try to switch it to simple model first.
