There are a couple of virtual tables you can use to crossreference the TableName and TableNo. You can use either the "Table Information" table or the "Field" table. Bear in mind, however, when you are using a version of NF older than 2.50, that you can have multiple tables with the same name. In NF 2.50 and NF 2.60, tables must have unique names.
