Item Journal:Unit of measure in Positive adjustment.

Hi All.

This is regarding Units of Measure.
When I purchase an item in one unit of measure(purchase), it converts the same in base unit of measure in Item ledger entry. Same is the case with sales.
But when I do the same through Item journal, the inventory is not updated in Base unit of measure, but is updated in the UOM selected on the Item journal line.

For Ex. ItemA Base Unit of measure = No. Qty=1
Unit of Measure = Case Qty= 12

Mean for item A, two units of measure exists. NO. (Base UOM) and CASE (with 12 qty of BUOM)

If I post an Item journal positive adjustment with 100 cases, it doesn't ups the inventory with 1200 NOs. and does 100 CASE up in inventory instead, which is illogical.

Kindly confirm if this is the generic case, or there is some bug.
Regards,

Deep

Thats what I have written. Kindly check my original post.
"ILE must be in Base unit of measure, but this time this is not the case".

    This is not a bug.

Be sure about the UOM that you are selecting.
