I ask you if someone of you has tried to personalize the component for the Production Schedule having at disposition the VB6 code of project NavisionGanttServer.vbp in Navision CD.

This is the control which the Production Schedule is built around.
Certainly a dev license is required for any new applications built using the control - not 100% sure about modifying the existing Production Schedule.
