Group Credit Limits

We have customers who are part of a large group, and we have individual companies within this group who have their own site and financial department, but the overall credit rating set by our insurers is for the whole group.
Does anyone else have this situation, if so how do you handle individual site credit limits when each site is combined so as the overall limit does not exceed the insured limit.
